Software Engineer - Digital Automation

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, operate, and maintain software for a Digital Automation product, platform, or technology domain.
• Deliver tested, deployable, maintainable code aligned with business outcomes, architecture, security, and interoperability requirements.
• Apply version control, code review, automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
• Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team on planning, backlog refinement, delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Create solution proposals and prototypes, including mock-ups, data models, integrations, and proof-of-concept implementations.
• Maintain technical documentation, share knowledge, and improve delivery effectiveness and technical quality.

Requirements

• At least three years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Formal education in computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions.
• Experience working in agile software development teams with a DevOps setup and delivery against agreed commitments.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles, modern development practices, architecture, security, standards, protocols, and interfaces.

• Experience with digital automation, workflow solutions, integrations, APIs, cloud services, low-code platforms, or AI-enabled solutions.
