Technician I, Product Technical Support (Fintech)

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid with three days in-office and two days virtual; night shift

What you will do

• Provide expert product support and resolve client inquiries involving financial transactions, operational controls, compliance, statements, and notices.
• Recreate client issues in hirify.global test environments and troubleshoot software applications.
• Ask probing questions to understand client goals and recommend corrective actions.
• Analyze problems, document resolutions and recurring issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Coordinate with internal clients, vendors, managers, IT, and Product Development teams.
• Support product quality, development, policy documentation, and cross-functional production activities.

Requirements

• Prior US banking or finance experience, including knowledge of banking operations and customer service.
• Experience with credit and debit processing, banking deposits, teller deposits, lending roles, or related applications.
• Confidence speaking with customers and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced problem-solving, analytical, research, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn technical knowledge, and ask for clarification about functional effects on clients.
• Ability to work a night shift in a hybrid Manila-based arrangement.
