Engineer 1, Technical Service (HVACR)

Location: Quezon City, Manila, Philippines; hybrid work with on-site attendance three times per week. Fixed night shift with weekend work when needed.

What you will do

• Diagnose complex technical issues across thermostats and energy management products using phone and digital tools.
• Guide clients through product installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Explain technical concepts through phone consultations, virtual training sessions, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product Development to improve products and customer outcomes.
• Build product knowledge, monitor industry developments, and communicate recurring customer feedback to leadership.

Requirements

• Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics engineering graduate preferred.
• At least 6 months of BPO experience.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and problem-solving skills for remote technical support.
• Availability for a fixed night shift, hybrid work with on-site attendance three times per week, and weekend work when required.
