Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice)

Location: Marshall, Missouri, United States; onsite primary care role.

Salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year for a 0.6 FTE schedule.

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, health education, and urgent visits.
• Work autonomously with a smaller patient panel and appointments lasting 20–60 minutes.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Collaborate through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
