Location: Woodridge/Naperville, Illinois, United States; onsite day shift, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Salary: $34.50–$55.20 per hour. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered, subject to eligibility conditions.

What you will do
- Provide clinically competent nursing care to acutely ill patients through assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation.
- Perform patient assessments, identify care needs, and develop and update individualized care plans.
- Administer medications safely according to the six medication rights and patient age and clinical condition.
- Conduct phone triage, communicate abnormal test results, and provide corresponding care instructions.
- Educate patients and families about procedures, treatments, pain management, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
- Participate in shared governance, committees, quality improvement, and department projects.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
- Current nursing experience within the past five years or graduation from a nursing program within the past two years
- CPR and Basic Life Support certification
- Critical-thinking skills and the ability to provide evidence-based patient care
- Ability to assess physical, psychosocial, safety, learning, cultural, and age-specific patient needs
Nice to have
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- One year of experience in a relevant clinical specialty
- Proficiency in a second language
