Location: Hybrid position based in the Kansas City, Missouri office; scheduled office attendance is required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, now or in the future.

What you will do

• Execute client orders across global equities, ETFs, foreign currency, and related derivatives in accordance with best execution policies.
• Manage securities orders and portfolio or basket trading of large order lists, primarily across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
• Trade electronically using algorithmic strategies and in traditional high-touch broker-dealer environments.
• Evaluate execution performance and coordinate capital markets participation.
• Communicate relevant market information to investment teams and coordinate workflows with Global Equity Trading colleagues.
• Work with management and technical teams to enhance trading tools, proprietary metrics, and internal reports.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of trading experience at an asset manager, hedge fund, bank, or other financial institution.
• Experience with electronic trading of global equities and ETFs, plus knowledge of equity market structure.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg, OMS, and EMS platforms.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with AI tools and use cases.
• Practical experience applying machine learning concepts to quantitative analysis of trading data.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, business analytics, engineering, or a comparable field.
