Account Manager (Creative)

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia; hybrid with teams in the office an average of four days a week

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day projects from briefing and creation through execution for a major retainer account.
• Translate client business requirements into digital project and creative briefs.
• Coordinate integrated teams and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate status reports, email recaps, creative briefs, and job requisitions.
• Monitor campaign delivery, media activity, competitive developments, budgets, costs, and approvals.
• Perform quality control and ensure account procedures are followed throughout project execution.

• Experience working in a fast-paced account environment and adapting to change.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, including brand guidelines, documentation, and record keeping.
• Resourceful problem-solving skills and resilience.
• Experience working as part of a team with a positive attitude.
