Data Scientist (AI)

What you will do

• Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and quantitative analysis.
• Extract, cleanse, explore, and analyze complex data from Snowflake and other sources, including feature engineering and data quality analysis.
• Build data products, dashboards, visualizations, and conversational analytics capabilities that support member and business outcomes.
• Lead data discovery sessions, elicit requirements, validate hypotheses, identify growth opportunities, and influence process improvements through experimentation.
• Prepare reports and recommendations, communicate project milestones, and translate complex findings into actionable plans for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders; direct quality assurance testing and mentor data analysts.

Requirements

• Remote position.
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, applied mathematics, statistics, or machine learning required.
• 5+ years of experience in a data scientist role required.
• Experience applying statistical modeling, supervised and unsupervised machine learning, artificial intelligence, and natural-language processing to business problems.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, Python, R, SQL, basic machine learning, and data visualization tools.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to analyze data quickly and explain complex insights to non-technical audiences.
