Security Analyst (AI)

Location: Hybrid in the Greater Seattle Area, with a minimum requirement to work from the Downtown Seattle office two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays. Candidates must be based in the Greater Seattle Area or willing to relocate.

Salary: $118,476–$148,095 first-year salary in the greater Seattle area, plus benefits for full-time employees.

What you will do

• Own and mature the vulnerability management program across corporate SaaS systems and AWS-hosted cloud applications.
• Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts and incidents.
• Build Splunk searches, dashboards, and alerts to improve security monitoring and investigations.
• Apply AI and automation to streamline security operations, vulnerability management, and compliance reporting.
• Prepare documentation and audit evidence for SOX, PCI, GDPR, and CCPA requirements.
• Analyze security incidents, identify root causes and business impact, and recommend improvements to managers and senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, information security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in information security, security operations, or vulnerability management, ideally involving cloud computing and web applications.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platform technologies.
• Experience with Splunk or similar SIEM and log-analysis tooling.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work from the Greater Seattle Area or relocate, with two required office days per week.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Python, Django, SQL, JavaScript, or mobile application development.
• Experience building Splunk searches, dashboards, or detections at scale.
• Experience applying AI or automation to security operations, vulnerability management, or reporting workflows.
• Knowledge of threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, CVSS, IAM role and policy development, or security certifications.
