Program Manager II - Enterprise Strategy & Capability Enablement (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise programs that consolidate distributed capabilities into centralized enterprise utilities.
• Design and implement operating models that standardize tools, processes, and capabilities across corporate functions.
• Develop strategies to transition fragmented or siloed capabilities into unified enterprise-wide solutions.
• Coordinate business, Technology, Risk, and corporate-function stakeholders to deliver operational improvements.
• Manage program timelines, dependencies, risks, budgets, and deliverables using Agile methods and tools.
• Provide executive-level updates, presentations, reporting, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

• University or college degree, typically a bachelor’s degree, or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience in program or project management, preferably in financial services or another highly regulated environment.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with enterprise-level impact, capability consolidation, shared services, or enterprise utility models.
• Strong enterprise communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and executive-influencing skills.
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks, Jira, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and data-visualization tools; no required certifications or licenses.
