Financial Services Associate - Business Banking (Fintech)

Location: On-site full-time in Kitchener, Ontario, at Kitchener-King and Queen; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and across multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance.

What you will do

• Partner with Relationship Managers to support high-value business banking clients and business setup activities.
• Provide administrative and client support while identifying business growth opportunities.
• Answer client questions about cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection.
• Work with Financial Advisors to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Prepare client files, book appointments, maintain schedules, and improve team productivity.
• Resolve client issues by listening, asking questions, taking ownership, and involving colleagues when needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of cash management, credit, investment, and wealth protection products.
• Strong client service, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with Relationship Managers, Financial Advisors, and other partners.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
