Director, Case Management (PSS) - Rare Hematology and Oncology (Rare Hematology/Oncology): Developing and leading case management strategies, operations, and performance across patient support programs with an accent on treatment access, adherence, patient outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building high-performing teams, improving patient support models, managing compliance and data privacy, and optimizing programs across rare hematology and oncology.

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts; hybrid work. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $178,500–$257,833.33 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute case management strategies across rare hematology and oncology therapeutic areas, products, and patient support models.
  • Lead operational performance management, including patient-centered metrics, business reviews, budgets, staffing plans, and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with brand, access, field education, marketing, analytics, business operations, training, and platform teams.
  • Identify patient access barriers and lead continuous improvements to patient support programs, education, adherence, and outcomes.
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and support Case Managers and emerging leaders.
  • Maintain confidentiality, data privacy, security, SOPs, work instructions, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or specialty pharmacy industry.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, conflict-resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive patient health information in compliance with privacy requirements.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
