Collaborating Physician (Preventative Medicine)

Location: Remote; active, unrestricted medical license required in all 50 states and DC

What you will do

• Provide clinical oversight and collaboration for nurse practitioners working within the care model.
• Review and co-sign charts as required by state regulations.
• Participate in periodic meetings to guide clinical strategy.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal practice standards.
• Mentor advanced practice providers and support safe, effective patient-centered care.

Requirements

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or a related specialty.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in all 50 states and DC.
• Experience prescribing and managing GLP-1s, peptides, and hormone therapies, including TRT.
• Comfort with evidence-based off-label prescribing where clinically appropriate.
• Strong interest in functional medicine, preventative medicine, longevity, and patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills, with comfort working in a fast-moving startup.

Nice to have

• Previous experience collaborating with nurse practitioners.
