Gateway Program (AI)

Location: Remote-first in Colombia, with fully paid in-person weeks in Bogotá

What you will do

• Complete a 12-month program with two six-month rotations across different teams.
• Own real business problems from analysis through execution and make decisions with increasing autonomy.
• Work across areas such as Lending, Risk, Fraud, Growth, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product, or People.
• Learn how the business makes and loses money and build a track record of measurable results.
• Present a final capstone project to the C-team.

Requirements

• Eligibility: final-year student or graduate with up to one year of experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of multiple projects from idea to completion.
• Strong analytical thinking and judgment, with the ability to understand and use business numbers.
• Curiosity, fast learning, and a willingness to take ownership.
• Daily interest in AI and technology.
• Ability to work remotely from Colombia and attend in-person weeks in Bogotá.

Hiring process

• Application taking approximately 20 minutes.
• Analytical exam lasting 60–75 minutes and a one-minute AI challenge video.
• Group business case with three hours of preparation and a 45-minute session, followed by two structured 45-minute interviews.
