What you will do
- Analyze business requirements and estimate specification and validation work.
- Build and maintain functional knowledge of disruption processes, services, and end-user products.
- Prepare feasibility studies, solution overviews, interface control documents, and product specifications.
- Present functional walkthroughs and coordinate compatibility with other applications.
- Validate delivered functionality, confirm system integrity, and provide sign-off.
- Investigate, validate, and prioritize production incidents while collaborating with product, customer service, implementation, migration, and development teams.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Definition within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience with Confluence and JIRA.
- Good English communication skills.
- Experience or familiarity with Python, Bitbucket/Git, Visual Studio Code, and SSH connections using PuTTY.
- Ability to work with product management, project management, customer services, implementation, migration, development teams, and customers.
