What you will do

• Provide reactive and proactive technical services for hirify.global's product portfolio.
• Deliver remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and applications.
• Diagnose customer issues, develop repair strategies, and reduce system downtime.
• Resolve technical problems to optimize customer system efficiency and uptime.
• Visit customer sites for installations, repairs, and scheduled services.
• Work as part of a 15-person remote technical engineering team based in Cheadle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree in Chemistry or a Life Science discipline.
• Experience with chromatography techniques and mass spectrometry, preferably in a laboratory environment.
• Excellent remote troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Structured approach to work with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload independently and balance customer requirements with business needs.
• Willingness to work from the Cheadle head office and travel occasionally to customer sites.
