Licensed Health Insurance Agent (Medicare)

Location: Remote - United States

Salary: $18 per hour starting base wage, plus uncapped incentives of $40–$75 per enrollment.

What you will do

• Conduct primarily outbound calls and handle inbound call opportunities.
• Recommend Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Part D plans based on clients’ doctors, hospitals, and medications.
• Work with major Medicare carriers and provide year-round service to members.
• Fulfill policy requirements and comply with state and CMS guidelines.
• Keep product and service knowledge current and participate in team meetings, coaching, and feedback sessions.

Requirements

• Active resident health insurance license required.
• 2026 AHIP certification required.
• Licensing in at least 9 non-resident states required.
• Ability to obtain carrier appointments and provide releases on hand.
• Sales experience, computer proficiency, and ability to communicate through virtual platforms.
• Own equipment for working from home.
