Global Talent Management Lead

Location: Remote within the EU/EEA. A valid working visa for the country of employment is required.

What you will do

• Design and evolve a global talent management framework covering talent reviews, talent mapping, succession planning, promotions, internal mobility, career progression, critical roles, and future capabilities.
• Build skills, competency, and capability frameworks; identify critical skills and gaps; and connect insights to development and workforce planning.
• Create standards, methodologies, toolkits, and facilitation materials for talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
• Partner with HRIS and Talent Analytics to enable talent processes in Workday or comparable HCM platforms, including data standards, reporting, and data quality improvements.
• Define global governance, monitor adoption and consistency across regions, and drive continuous improvement with P&C and regional stakeholders.
• Translate talent reporting and analytics into clear recommendations for senior leaders and P&C teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a Talent Centre of Excellence.
• Hands-on experience with talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, internal mobility, career pathways, and capability planning.
• Experience designing talent frameworks, competency models, skills architecture, job architecture, governance, and practical toolkits.
• Experience with Workday Talent Management and HCM modules or comparable platforms, including talent data standards and quality improvement.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, stakeholder influence, and change enablement skills.
• Professional-level English, written and verbal, and a valid working visa for the country of employment are required.
