DevOps Architect (DevSecOps & Observability)

Location: Columbus, OH (onsite)

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Define and govern enterprise-wide DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and Observability standards.
• Establish Gold Standards, reference architectures, technology patterns, and engineering practices.
• Design and implement robust DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools and conduct Proofs of Value.
• Define technology recommendations and lead implementation of approved standards across applications and infrastructure.
• Drive enterprise adoption and transformation from strategy and architecture through implementation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in architecture, DevOps, cloud-native engineering, or related technical disciplines.
• Strong experience with DevOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, and Observability.
• Enterprise architecture experience combined with hands-on technical depth.
• Ability to move from strategy and architecture through Proofs of Value, standardization, implementation, and adoption.
• U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates are encouraged to apply.
