Analyst I Infrastructure Services

Location: Adelaide, South Australia, Australia; onsite five days per week

What you will do

• Provide technical support for infrastructure services and respond to operational issues.
• Monitor infrastructure systems and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Contribute to infrastructure projects and technical tasks under supervision.
• Collaborate with the infrastructure team to resolve service challenges.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, including incident logs and records.
• Apply established best practices while continuing to develop technical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically, 2 or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in infrastructure technology analysis.
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
• Willingness to work onsite five times per week.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry knowledge and technology.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCENT, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
