Location: Dearborn, Michigan, United States; hybrid with a requirement to be onsite four or more days per week.

Salary: $65,100–$109,300 (grade 5), $74,300–$124,500 (grade 6), $86,600–$144,900 (grade 7), or $99,100–$166,200 (grade 8).

What you will do

  • Coordinate timelines, action items, deliverables, project plans, dashboards, and RAID logs for concurrent safety-defect and compliance investigations.
  • Plan and facilitate investigation meetings, including agendas, minutes, action tracking, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Prepare investigation documentation, presentations, reports, and regulatory submissions in line with retention requirements.
  • Coordinate fact-finding across Product Development, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Suppliers, and field organizations.
  • Organize vehicle and component demonstrations, special tests, and field surveys for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain lessons-learned resources and coordinate resolution of worldwide vehicle concerns with regional and global teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program or Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional meetings or task forces in an engineering, automotive, or regulatory environment is valuable.
  • Familiarity with safety, quality, or compliance investigation processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

  • PMP, CAPM, or a similar program or project management certification.
