Senior Advisor, Strategic Planning

Location: Hybrid role based in Rosemead, California, United States; regular reporting to an SCE facility is required, with remote work available on remaining days. Relocation may apply.

Salary: $182,800–$274,100 per year

What you will do

• Lead key components of the annual strategic planning process and drive enterprise initiatives from ideation through implementation.
• Prepare analysis and materials for Board-level corporate strategy discussions.
• Perform scenario analysis, economic impact assessments, market analysis, competitive analysis, and financial modeling.
• Develop cost-saving initiatives and strategies for complementary markets and products with business development partners.
• Evaluate strategic acquisition targets, including fit, strategic merit, valuation, diligence, financing, risk, and integration.
• Support growth opportunities involving energy infrastructure projects, joint ventures, and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Five or more years of experience in strategy, management consulting, venture capital, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
• Experience driving strategic initiatives through implementation in large and complex organizations.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and develop strategic recommendations.
• Ability to protect physical, financial, cybersecurity, customer, proprietary, medical, and other sensitive information.
• Ability to work in the hybrid arrangement from the Rosemead, California facility.
