Developer Relations and Community Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from any European country, including the UK, or hybrid/on-site from hirify.global offices in Leuven, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, Florence, Milan, or Bristol.

hirify.global develops the Metis AI Platform and AI hardware technologies for efficient edge AI applications.

What you will do

• Manage developer engagement across the community platform, GitHub, social channels, and third-party platforms such as Reddit and Discord.
• Respond to technical questions involving drivers, SDK compatibility, performance tuning, model deployment, and pipeline building.
• Create and curate technical content, including product updates, tutorials, newsletters, and social posts, with human review of AI-assisted material.
• Build relationships with AI developers, edge AI leaders, influencers, hobbyists, integrators, and power users.
• Organize and host virtual and in-person community events, webinars, meetups, and product-launch activities.
• Grow and monitor community health, encourage Voyager SDK contributions, analyze engagement metrics, and route feedback to product and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience in community management or developer relations within a technical company, ideally in semiconductor, embedded, or AI/ML tooling.
• Solid understanding of the AI hardware landscape and credibility within developer or AI communities.
• Ability to explain SDK-level and hardware-level topics clearly to hobbyists, developers, and enterprise engineers.
• Fluency with GitHub, forums, Discord or Slack-style tools, social platforms, and community-management software.
• Practical experience with modern AI tools for writing, research, analytics, and content generation, including critical human review and fact-checking.
• Working knowledge of software and SDK development lifecycles, model deployment, drivers, pipelines, and maker technologies such as Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or home automation.
