Strategic Program Manager (Senior)

Location: Remote, based in Peru with an initial focus on Lima

What you will do

• Lead high-complexity strategic programs involving clients, vendors, technology teams, and business leaders.
• Align organizations and influence executive-level decision-making.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively.
• Ensure successful execution of initiatives with regional impact and potential global reach.
• Act as a key point of contact for senior executives, partners, and clients in an international context.

Requirements

• Strong experience leading strategic programs in technology, fintech, financial services, or related industries.
• Executive leadership combined with technical fluency in integrations, digital transformation, and software.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies.
• Comfort interacting with senior executives and operating in international contexts.
• Professional working proficiency in English required.
