Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Salzburg or Vienna, Austria)
Salary: €45,000 gross annual (starting)

What you will do
- Lead visual design for web platforms, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, usability, and brand alignment.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
- Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to deliver cohesive digital products.
- Present design rationale to stakeholders and champion best practices across the organization.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation and visual consistency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior UI Designer crafting interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Expertise in using industry-leading design and prototyping tools.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Salzburg or Vienna, Austria.
- Ability to translate business goals and strategic direction into effective digital experiences.
