UX Designer (AI)

Location: Remote from Austria

What you will do

• Own UX for core application surfaces across iOS, Android, and web.
• Design end-to-end flows for AI-assisted tasks, including intent capture, handoff, progress tracking, completion, and error recovery.
• Design how users understand AI actions, decisions, requests for confirmation, and changing system states.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to define requirements and create concrete design solutions.
• Conduct usability research and translate findings into product decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and shared UX patterns for the design system.

Requirements

• Experience designing consumer mobile or web applications with a strong portfolio.
• Strong skills in user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.
• Ability to design for asynchronous, non-deterministic, and context-dependent systems.
• Clear understanding of user trust, control, feedback, and transparency in AI-driven experiences.
• Experience conducting user research and making design decisions based on findings.
• Good judgment in usability, edge cases, failure handling, and recovery flows.
