What you will do

• Create regulatory-compliant antibody production cell lines using mammalian expression technologies.
• Perform aseptic cell culture, cell handling, and transfection.
• Conduct flow cytometry assays and operate Hamilton liquid handler platforms.
• Apply molecular biology and protein biochemistry techniques, including PCR, RT-PCR, cloning, SDS-PAGE, and western blotting.
• Design, conduct, analyze, and present multicolor flow cytometry experiments and related data.
• Maintain complete and accurate experimental records and data analyses.

Requirements

• PhD with 0–3 years of postdoctoral experience, or BS/MS with 4–8 years of experience, in Immunology, Cell Biology, or Molecular Biology.
• Hands-on experience with cell culture, flow cytometry, and antibody staining.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR and cloning.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate across scientific teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Tarrytown, New York.

Nice to have

• Experience with gene editing, lentivirus infections, CRISPR library workflows, or NGS.
