Senior Staff Planner (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Maintain accurate demand forecasts and drive quarterly consensus across business units, Sales, and Finance.
• Analyze bookings, customer lead times, historical sales, market trends, and sales forecasts to build demand plans.
• Develop forecasting techniques for different customer and product segments and improve forecast accuracy and bias metrics.
• Coordinate product discontinuations, new product ramps, wafer starts, assembly loads, buffer stocks, and inventory targets.
• Manage external vendors, including foundries, assembly, testing, and warehousing providers, while coordinating materials and schedules.
• Own customer on-time delivery metrics and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• BS/BA in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Operations; MBA/MS preferred.
• Experience with advanced planning systems and strong reporting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.
• Semiconductor industry experience is preferred.
• Eligibility to access export-controlled technology and software may be required; applicants may be subject to a U.S. export license review.
