Project Manager 2 (Print Production)

Location: Must live in St. Louis, Missouri or Cincinnati, Ohio, USA. Hybrid work with office attendance required multiple days per week.

Salary: $45,292–$56,615 annually, depending on location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Brand activation services across print, promotional, digital, and fabrication projects, supporting packaging and other brand implementations.

What you will do

• Manage a limited number of key client accounts and multiple packaging artwork projects.
• Coordinate artwork development, pre-press execution, order entry, and production handoffs.
• Communicate specifications, artwork issues, timelines, and deliverables with clients, sales, design firms, and production stakeholders.
• Lead or participate in pre-production and production meetings for high-complexity projects.
• Verify technical data against supplied artwork and document information affecting quality.
• Support process improvement and communicate risks or issues to management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in print, comping/sales sample, or POP/POS production preferred.
• Project management and proofreading experience.
• Ability to read work instructions and business memos, work independently, and manage multiple projects.
• Must live in St. Louis, MO or Cincinnati, OH and work from the office multiple days per week.
