Senior Principal Solution Engineer (AI Governance)

Location: London, United Kingdom; office-first culture with three days per week in the office for most roles; willingness to travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of AI Governance and Data Use Governance solutions within Solutions Engineering.
• Act as a technical expert on major sales opportunities, preparing demonstrations, RFP responses, and custom proof-of-concept evaluations.
• Architect customer integrations and advise on technical best practices during deep-dive discussions.
• Support sales teams with client meetings, presentations, and custom integration designs.
• Coordinate with R&D, technical integration, and partner integration teams on current and future product capabilities.
• Maintain sales-cycle activities in Salesforce CRM and support the creation of sales proposals and assets.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 12+ years of relevant experience, ideally in technology or enterprise cloud software.
• Experience selling, configuring, and delivering software demonstrations.
• Knowledge or professional experience with APIs and enterprise software implementations.
• Basic knowledge of web applications, SaaS architecture, cloud computing, and programming.
• Ability to build relationships across R&D, marketing, sales, and engineering, with strong entrepreneurial skills.
