What you will do

• Discover customer requirements, constraints, and desired business outcomes with account teams and customers.
• Identify standard and custom services and build scoped engagement proposals for strategic customers.
• Explain technical solutions, service offerings, packaged solutions, commercial terms, and methodologies.
• Support account executives with services positioning, quotes, order forms, objection handling, and deal closure.
• Coordinate staffing with Professional Services Operations to match engagement skillset, language, and timezone needs.
• Maintain bookings forecasts, communicate risks, report on services forecasts, and share customer trends with leadership and practice management.

Requirements

• French language proficiency is essential.
• Ability to perform customer discovery and align services with business outcomes.
• Ability to explain technical solutions and professional services value propositions to customers and account teams.
• Ability to work with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, and Operations stakeholders.
• Ability to manage forecasts, customer risks, commercial discussions, and service engagement coordination.
