What you will do

• Develop and implement patient advocacy strategies for the US, Canada, and Latin America.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient advocacy organizations and stakeholders.
• Champion the patient perspective to inform internal cross-functional decision-making.
• Propose and manage patient-centered programs including advisory boards and educational initiatives.
• Ensure all engagements adhere to strict legal, compliance, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate patient insights into business goals.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the bio-pharmaceutical environment.
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in rare disease and patient advocacy.
• Bachelor’s degree in social science, public health, science, or a related field.
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of drug research, development, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel up to 35% domestically and internationally.
