What you will do

• Support infrastructure operations across networking, cloud platforms, servers, storage, endpoints, identity and access management, and enterprise technology operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Contribute to cloud, server, storage, endpoint, and network projects.
• Maintain system documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate on automation, process improvement, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze system performance to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in enterprise infrastructure technologies and IT operations.
• Ability to learn quickly, collaborate, and communicate effectively.

Nice to have

• Exposure to networking, operating systems, cloud technologies, scripting, or infrastructure concepts.
