Engineer III, Core Platforms and Networks

What you will do

• Manage the engineering, implementation, and operation of infrastructure and network systems.
• Analyze reliability, performance, capacity, resource utilization, and infrastructure costs.
• Automate operational tasks, infrastructure provisioning, and configuration management.
• Manage monitoring, alerting, observability, incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Improve infrastructure-as-code practices, documentation, security controls, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree or relevant certifications is preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure, networks, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure and networking principles, tools, and industry standards.
• Relevant certification such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, VMware VCP, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, technical writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing tasks, collaborate cross-functionally, and understand ITIL or similar frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, dental, medical, retail, or other large enterprise organizations.
• Working knowledge of network, server, storage, and monitoring platforms.
• Experience developing and maintaining policies and documentation.
• Industry thought leadership in infrastructure and networks.
