Compliance Consultant, Methodology & Training

Location: Toronto, ON; hybrid work with 1–3 days per week on-site at Toronto-81 Bay

What you will do

• Analyze new and pending laws, regulations, and industry commitments affecting regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide regulatory compliance management policies, procedures, standards, and guidance.
• Design and enhance RCM methodologies, templates, processes, and governance materials.
• Document issues, risks, recommendations, escalations, stakeholder follow-ups, and implementation progress.
• Create and deliver training modules, job aids, communications, and content updates for stakeholders.
• Use KPI/KRI metrics, root cause analysis, benchmarking, and recurring-theme tracking to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience with RCM program design and governance, regulatory compliance policies, and compliance governance.
• Knowledge of RCM or equivalent methodologies and processes, including industry practices and emerging trends.
• Experience assessing the impact of methodology and process changes on people, processes, and technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining compliance requirements and training stakeholders.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada and able to provide a valid work or study permit where applicable.
