Security Lead (Corporate Security)

Location: Onsite in Santa Ana, California, five days per week. The role requires availability for either a 2:30pm–11:00pm or 11:00pm–7:30am shift, five days per week, Monday through Sunday.

Hourly range: $27–$32, with possible shift pay differential.

What you will do

• Secure premises and personnel through patrols, surveillance monitoring, building inspections, and access control.
• Serve as the lead security contact and coordinate daily team operations, shift coverage, and incident response.
• Support security training and ensure compliance with SOPs, site protocols, legal requirements, and company standards.
• Prevent losses and damage by identifying irregularities, documenting observations, and completing incident and surveillance reports.
• Respond to emergencies, make timely decisions under pressure, and provide assistance to employees and customers.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• Valid non-commissioned security officer license required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• At least three years of security experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Previous experience as a Security Lead or Supervisor, including team guidance, delegation, and enforcement of security protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, logical reasoning, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Google Suite programs and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including prolonged walking, standing, lifting 75+ pounds, and working around machinery and warehouse conditions.
