Security Agent

Location: Perris, California, United States; onsite warehouse role. Shift: 1:00pm–9:30pm.

Hourly pay: $24.50–$26.60 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and a peak season bonus of up to $1,600.

What you will do

• Screen and assist visitors, contractors, and employees entering the Perris campus.
• Monitor alarms, access control systems, CCTV, cameras, and events affecting site operations and assets.
• Conduct security and safety patrols, identify unsafe conditions, and ensure exit doors follow site requirements.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, serving as a key contact for first responders.
• Maintain detailed incident, communication, patrol, and daily activity reports.
• Support driver and trailer management, loss prevention, investigations, and other site-specific security duties.

Requirements

• One to three years of professional-level experience preferred; security, law enforcement, military, customer service, scheduling, or operations experience is relevant.
• Current valid state driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to operate a vehicle or bicycle when required.
• Reliable transportation or access to public transportation is required for consistent onsite attendance.
• Ability to write concise reports, walk and stand for prolonged periods, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, judgment, discretion, customer service, de-escalation, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Current or prior military experience or professional security experience.
• Experience with card access systems and CCTV systems.
