Manufacturing Operations Leader

Location: Phoenix, AZ, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $320,000–$386,000 annual base pay, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage plant managers across multiple manufacturing sites and set consistent production, quality, and safety standards.
• Own plant logistics, including inbound materials, in-plant flow, and outbound shipping.
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Chain to keep plants operating as designed.
• Set production targets across the manufacturing fleet and resolve site performance issues before they affect build schedules.
• Build the manufacturing organization by hiring and developing plant managers as new sites launch.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple plant managers or site leaders against shared production and quality standards.
• Experience owning plant logistics, inbound materials, in-plant flow, and outbound shipping.
• Cross-functional experience with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and program teams.
• Experience identifying and correcting underperforming sites before production or shipment schedules slip.
• Strong written communication skills for presenting fleet-wide production issues and decisions to executive leadership.

Nice to have

• Multi-site manufacturing operations experience in semiconductors, EVs, batteries, or industrial equipment.
• Supply chain and logistics network design experience.
• Lean or Six Sigma programs delivered at scale.
• Multi-facility P&L ownership.
