Senior Data Analyst (Auth0)

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Annual base salary: CAD 99,000–136,400. Equity, bonus, health, dental and vision insurance, RRSP matching, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave may also apply.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales, TAM, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Program Management to define scalable measurement strategies.
• Build reusable semantic data models covering concepts such as entitlement, activation, utilization, and engagement.
• Develop executive dashboards, product insights, and composite measures across Auth0 and the wider enterprise.
• Educate stakeholders on available data objects and models to support product, revenue, sales, and business analysis.
• Own data lifecycle activities from instrumentation and prototyping through implementation and self-service enablement.
• Maintain data privacy and governance throughout the data lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, analytics engineering, or product management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Streamlit, Power BI, Sigma, or Omni.
• 5+ years of SQL experience.
• Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, including instrumentation, governance, modeling, and self-service interfaces.
• Experience working in Jira and Agile environments and translating stakeholder needs into technical documentation.
• Strong business acumen and emotional intelligence; a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or other cloud data warehouses.
• Data engineering experience with Python, dbt, Kafka, Parquet, or DuckDB.
• Experience with Git and pull request workflows.
• Experience with LLM-based data analysis tools or advanced data coding.
• Experience with paywall, subscription, or authentication-based products.
