Analytics Lead, Full Stack (Fintech)

Location: Remote within Canada. Remote-first work is available within the country of employment; occasional office work and in-person onboarding may be required.

Base pay: CAD 145,000–205,000 per year.

What you will do

• Establish and evolve the operational analytics framework for new international markets, beginning with Australia.
• Define success metrics, generate insights and hypotheses, track performance, and build scalable dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Design actionable experiments to evaluate product-market fit, economic viability, growth, and profitability.
• Translate analytical findings into recommendations, optimization strategies, and business cases for leadership.
• Lead weekly cross-functional metric reviews and investigate significant performance changes.
• Partner with Product, Risk, Finance, Commercial, and Operations while mentoring junior analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a cross-functional analytical role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, finance, economics, or another quantitatively rigorous field.
• Strong understanding of consumer lending, credit metrics, lending economics, and portfolio performance.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of A/B testing, SQL, and statistical analysis with Python.
• Experience balancing multiple workstreams, prioritizing an analytics roadmap, and influencing technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Claude, or similar assistants.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting international lending markets, particularly in Europe or APAC.
• Previous experience mentoring and guiding junior analysts.
