Supplier Business Management III (B3) (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA, United States. Onsite role with approximately 10% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $101,000–$139,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead projects supporting supplier strategy and commodity strategy execution.
• Drive resolution of tactical supply-chain issues affecting quality, cost, delivery, and lead time.
• Provide tactical procurement escalation support for assigned supplier sites.
• Support commercial and technical cost-reduction programs.
• Execute supplier-site capacity-readiness programs.
• Build consensus and collaborate with related teams and supplier stakeholders.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of functional best practices and how the area integrates with other business functions.
• Ability to solve complex problems by analyzing multiple sources of information and applying sound judgment.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects.
• Availability to work in Santa Clara, California, with approximately 10% travel.
