Technical Regulatory Compliance Senior Technologist (Electronics)

Location: Mossville, Illinois, United States; onsite five days per week. Relocation assistance may be available. Travel: 10%.

Salary: $112,710–$169,060 per year.

What you will do

• Support product regulatory compliance programs and manage compliance risks for intended markets.
• Monitor product regulatory requirements and apply them to hirify.global products.
• Collect, assess, and manage information for product certification and compliance.
• Identify improvements to compliance processes and tools.
• Collaborate with product groups, design control, operations, and regional compliance experts to validate products and maintain market access.
• Lead planning, execution, facilitation, and investigations for compliance projects involving electronic components and kits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with electronic components and/or machine or engine electronic systems.
• Knowledge of data gathering and analysis, product development practices, risk management, and decision-making.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, collaboration, and technical communication skills.
• Experience with electronic component regulations such as the EU EMC Directive, EU Radio Equipment Directive, EU CRA, and EU Battery regulations.
• Ability to work onsite in Mossville, Illinois, five days per week.
