Sr. Maintenance Technician

Location: US - Rhode Island - West Greenwich; rotating 12-hour day shift from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Annual salary: USD 83,593.25–113,096.75.

What you will do

• Operate utility systems and perform maintenance activities throughout the ARI site.
• Complete maintenance work safely, correctly the first time, and within expected timelines.
• Perform maintenance according to applicable procedures and regulated-site requirements.
• Identify and report equipment issues and improvement opportunities promptly.
• Provide technical guidance and communicate task status to peers and teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years of maintenance or military experience, or an associate degree plus 6 months of maintenance or military experience.
• Ability to work a rotating 12-hour day shift with varying days of the week.
• Experience with utility, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Knowledge of rigging, welding, plumbing, pipefitting, and clean or sanitary utility systems.
• Experience working in a highly regulated cGMP environment and documenting work orders in Maximo.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, work independently, communicate issues clearly, and collaborate with teams.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of combined education, training, and experience in utility, HVAC, or refrigeration maintenance.
• Experience with building automation systems related to utility and HVAC systems.
• Strong computer skills and experience providing technical advice to others.
