Project Management Operations: Financial Analysis Co-op Spring 2027 (January - June)

Hourly pay rate: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Support project onboarding, resource planning, performance metrics, financial monitoring, budgeting, and reporting for technology initiatives.
• Analyze project costs, year-over-year trends, and operational data to identify optimization opportunities and support recommendations.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows, maintain procedures, and improve monthly reporting and analysis.
• Create charts, graphs, presentations, reports, and reporting enhancements with support from the Global Information Technology team.
• Coordinate data gathering and updates across teams and assist Project Managers, Product Owners, Corporate Finance, and GIT stakeholders.
• Maintain project artifacts, metrics, status reports, and other materials supporting strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate co-op program through a college or university.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Interest in working with large volumes of data and supporting interpretation and reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Experience with Excel required.
• Availability for a six-month commitment from January 13 through June 25, 2027, working Monday through Friday for 35–40 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
