Warehouse Lead

Location: Vestal, New York, USA; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $23.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse workers, assign duties, and interpret work specifications.
• Review production schedules, estimate labor requirements, and adjust procedures to meet deadlines.
• Oversee inbound and outbound inventory control, materials, driver processes, and plant audits.
• Recommend improvements to production methods, equipment performance, work conditions, and product quality.
• Resolve work problems, support workers, and motivate the team to achieve operational goals.
• Manage and move trucks in the yard and at the docks while performing supervised warehouse activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Class A license or experience handling semi-trucks.
• Forklift experience and basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, kneel, and twist throughout an eight-hour shift.
• Ability to work occasional weekend overtime and complete pre-employment screening.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding warehouse work in a safety-focused environment.
