Director, Global Treasury

Location: Onsite in hirify.global, Wisconsin, United States, four days per week.

Salary: $166,700–$267,700 annually, plus performance bonus or variable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead global liquidity strategy, cash forecasting, cash positioning, intercompany funding, and cash optimization.
• Support capital structure decisions and execute credit facilities, debt arrangements, refinancing, and structured financing activities.
• Manage relationships with global banks and external financing partners, including banking structures, pricing, platforms, and agreements.
• Maintain treasury governance, internal controls, policy compliance, debt covenant compliance, and oversight of foreign exchange, interest rate, commodity, and liquidity exposures.
• Oversee treasury operations and lead modernization through automation, digital banking, system enhancements, bank connectivity, reporting, and analytics.
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Accounting, Legal, FP&A, Global Shared Services, and business finance leaders while developing a high-performing treasury team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or capital markets.
• Expertise in liquidity and cash management, credit facilities, banking structures, treasury operations, financial risk management, debt agreements, and internal controls.
• Experience leading people, building bench strength, developing technical capability, and leading through change.
• Strong judgment, communication skills, practical execution ability, and capacity to produce decision-ready analysis.
• Onsite presence in hirify.global, Wisconsin, is required four days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience in a multinational manufacturing environment.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or a similar professional certification.
