Production Manager, eMFG (MedTech)

Location: Danvers, Massachusetts, United States of America

Salary: $102,000–$177,000 annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop production teams against safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives.
• Maintain compliance and audit readiness across FDA QSR, ISO standards, GMP/GDP, HSE, and company requirements.
• Manage production execution, KPI performance, capacity planning, inventory control, staffing, equipment, materials, and budgets.
• Lead Lean-based problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions on process improvements and the implementation of new products, equipment, and technologies.
• Communicate operational performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• At least 6 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices or a cleanroom environment.
• Leadership or people-management experience, with strong team-building, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO standards, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Experience with Agile Manufacturing, plant operations, resource planning, and strategic supply chain processes.
