Senior Solution Architect (AI)

Salary: $135,200–$236,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture for complex, cross-domain data, analytics, and AI products.
• Define technical strategies and reference architectures for enterprise data and analytics platforms using Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
• Design scalable data architectures, pipelines, semantic layers, domain models, and data products integrating clinical, spend, operational, and enterprise data.
• Establish standards for scalability, performance, reliability, security, governance, data quality, observability, and business continuity.
• Design AI/ML and generative AI capabilities, including retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, agents, and large language model orchestration.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, platform, and business stakeholders; guide engineering teams, evaluate technologies, lead proofs of concept, and communicate architectural decisions.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in solution architecture for enterprise data, analytics, and AI products.
• Experience designing scalable data platforms, pipelines, semantic layers, domain models, and data products.
• Knowledge of Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Lake, and Unity Catalog.
• Experience with AI/ML and generative AI architectures, including RAG, embeddings, agents, and large language model orchestration.
• Ability to define architecture standards, create technical documentation, evaluate technologies, and communicate trade-offs to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience mentoring engineering teams and influencing technology roadmaps and investment decisions.
