Summer 2027 Intern - Agency Channel Performance - Business Analyst - Agency

Location: Hybrid position in Bloomington, Illinois; Dunwoody, Georgia; Tempe, Arizona; or Richardson, Texas. Interns must reside in the continental U.S. for the duration of the internship and should work from home and in the office.

Salary: $22.00 per hour. A separate $2,000 stipend may also be provided, less applicable taxes.

What you will do

• Conduct discovery into how programs, subprograms, workstreams, and business partners collaborate.
• Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative information.
• Identify trends, friction points, duplicated efforts, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to connect strategic priorities with coordinated action.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations and an executive-ready assessment.
• Support better use of team time and organizational resources.

Requirements

• Current junior or senior undergraduate student, or postgraduate student, graduating in December 2027 or later.
• Major in business strategy, strategic or organizational communication, business administration and management, AI or related technologies, management information systems, or project management.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0, included on the resume.
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, relationship-building, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to use data and metrics to develop business requirements and influence decisions.
• Must be eligible to work lawfully in the U.S. immediately; hirify.global will not sponsor U.S. work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience with technology, digital capabilities, or process-improvement projects.
• Experience using data, research, or feedback to support recommendations or tell a story.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is a plus.
• Interest in insurance and financial services.

Culture & Benefits

• Ten-week internship from June 2, 2027, through August 11, 2027.
• Monday through Friday, 38.75 hours per week, with availability required for the full internship.
• Hybrid work combining home and office time; relocation benefits are not provided.
