Director, Operations (Advisor Transitions Management)

Location: Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; three in-office days per week at the corporate home office

What you will do

• Lead operational strategy, execution, and continuous improvement for shared services supporting advisor transitions.
• Oversee a large organization of approximately 80–100 associates and contractors, including leadership development and performance management.
• Build relationships with recruiting, supervision, channel leadership, core operations, marketing, registrations, risk, and other internal stakeholders.
• Develop operational plans, outcomes, capabilities, and scalable processes that improve advisor and associate experiences.
• Manage the contract workforce strategy, including training, onboarding, and performance management.
• Represent Transitions Management across hirify.global and at prospective and existing advisor events.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of general experience and 10–15 years of management experience.
• Experience leading organizational change, enterprise-wide programs, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience developing talent, planning succession, leading leaders, and managing individual contributors.
• Deep understanding of financial professional onboarding, including licensing, compliance, and operational readiness.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or finance, or a required high school diploma.
• SIE and Series 99 required, or the ability to obtain them within 120 days; Series 7, Series 24, or Series 9/10 preferred.
